MG Cyberster: Launch and Price

At the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo, MG Motors unveiled the Cyberster for the Indian market. Nonetheless, the brand is scheduled to release the price before the end of April 2025! In actuality, MG began accepting orders in March 2025, with deliveries beginning in May 2025. Furthermore, the Cyberster will be marketed exclusively through the MG Select dealership network. It is a new dealership chain that will sell luxury MG electric vehicles. Pricing for the next MG Cyberster is estimated to cost below Rs 60 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

The MG Cyberster will appeal to purchasers for two compelling reasons: design and performance. The Cyberster’s eye-catching design will entice potential purchasers. It is a two-seater convertible sports automobile with an equally luxury interior. The MG Cyberster features LED headlamps and a prominent MG logo on the front. You can also select a wheel size ranging from 19 to 20 inches. It has connected LED taillamps and arrow-shaped LED taillights at the back. The design is enhanced by rear skid plates.

It comes with a red or black interior colour scheme. But what catches your eye is the enormous landscape display, which houses a 7.0-inch touchscreen interface and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. And, yes, the screens and center console are oriented towards the driver for easier access to controls. The additional features include flat bottom steering, a dashboard-mounted drive gear selector, and bucket style athletic driver and co-driver seats. Additional intriguing features include ADAS, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, adaptive cruise control, and more.
Specifications

The MG Cyberster is powered by a 77 kWh battery pack and has a claimed range of 580 kilometers. The firm also claims that it is one of the thinnest battery packs, resulting in improved space management and ground clearance. The battery pack is combined with strong motors that generate 509 horsepower and 725 Nm of torque. And, sure, it has a dual motor arrangement that distributes power to all four wheels. The layout also results in a better aerodynamic design, which improves stability and performance, as well as a 50:50 weight distribution.
